We collaborate with both candidates and clients across all areas of special educational needs, offering expertise in positions ranging from teachers and teaching assistants (TAs) to support staff and leadership roles in SEN (Special Educational Needs).
At EDE, we work closely with special schools to guarantee exceptional support for students with various SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), including severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), complex needs, and associated social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties (SEBD).
Our compliance checks
When it comes to compliance and candidate vetting, we adhere to REC Education compliance checks, which means our service includes:
- Completing a current DBS check and, if necessary, an international police check
- Verifying proof of a QTS number (for teachers)
- Providing identity verification and proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Obtaining at least two professional references
- Providing you with an up-to-date CV.
